The French Bulldog

The French Bulldog [1] is a breed of dog recognized by the FCI (Standard No. 101, Group 9, Section 11).
Despite the name, this breed comes from England. During the industrial revolution, the ladies at the processing lace introduced the habit of keeping a pet dog to improve the quality of life. At first, the choice fell on the English bulldog nano. This was crossed with the pug and the terrier. When producing lace emigrated to France, they brought with them their little friends who conquered Paris. Their popularity was consolidated in a short time and wealthy American families began to breed them at home.
It is a companion dog, mastiff-type, which reaches a weight of between 8 and 14 kg. The morphological features that distinguish it are the most compact, solid and short-lined, brachycephalic head with short face and snub-nosed, flat nose and the typical ear called "bat". The coat can be fawn (various shades), bringée (brindle), Caille (white with black pieces), caille Fauve (white with fawn sizes).
From the point of view character we are very attached to their partner / owner who defends with tenacity, demonstrating an attitude to the guard and the defense. Although it may seem bad, the "French Bulldog" has a good character and sweet, especially with her mate / master but also with those unfamiliar with the children, it is also easy to train.
